TIPS for Listening to Brainwave MP3/Cd's

  • Always use STEREO Headphones !

  • Close your eyes and concentrate on the music

  • Make sure you won't be disturbed (close door, turn off cell phone, warn people, etc)

  • Sit confortably, if possible in a sofa

  • Listen everyday but not all day (just 1 hour long is good!)

  • Early morning is the best time for a meditation session

  • Select carefully the tracks you want to listen according to your daily routines and current mood
